Permits Filed for 2081 Anthony Avenue in Tremont, The Bronx

Permits are filed for an eight-story building at 2081 Anthony Avenue in Tremont, The Bronx. The proposed building will hover 84 feet and span over 25,950 square feet of designated residential space. The site is situated at the intersection of East 180th Street and Anthony Avenue, just two blocks south of the 182-183 Streets subway station, serviced by the B and D trains.

The building will likely 38 rental units with an average size of 682 square feet. There will be no parking facilities attached to the concrete-based structure.

The architect of record for the project is S. Wieder Architect.

The permit application was submitted by Manhattan D Enterprises, while the site is owned by Moses Freund’s The Vaja Group.

The anticipated completion date of this development has not yet known.
