Precision Builders USA has filed permits for a new development at 128 Livonia Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. The proposed mixed-use building will stand at five stories tall and yield a total of 51,192 square feet. The location is situated between Amboy Street and Herzl Street near the Saratoga Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 3 trains.
The site, owned by Isaac Rosenberg, will include 35,188 square feet for residential space and 16,003 square feet for community facility space.
The development will comprise 52 residences, with an average unit size of 676 square feet, likely for rental purposes. The building’s concrete-based structure will also feature a cellar and 26 enclosed parking spaces.
