A new residential property is set to rise at 114 Lexington Avenue in the Bedford Stuyvesant area of Brooklyn. The five-story building, owned by local developer Ariel Shalom’s entity, Le Capital NYC, is expected to offer approximately 17,500 square feet of living space spread over 16 units.
The property will feature a striking design, including a trio of multi-story arches framing the apartment windows and balconies along Lexington Avenue. The façade will be constructed using dark gray metal and cementitious materials, lending a contemporary feel to the structure.
Select units on the upper floors will benefit from outdoor terraces, as the building sets back above the fourth floor. Design for the property is being handled by ARC Architecture + Design Studio, although no completion date has been announced as yet.
