Permits Filed for New Mixed-Use Building at 100 West 37th Street in Midtown, Manhattan

The Sioni Group has filed permits for a 68-story mixed-use building at 100 West 37th Street in Midtown, Manhattan. 100 West 37th Street is situated between Broadway and Sixth Avenue, three blocks north of the Herald Square subway station, which is serviced by the B, D, F, and M trains

.The proposed development, which will stand at 743 feet tall, will yield 384,118 square feet of space, with 297,301 square feet designated for residential use and 86,817 square feet for commercial use.

The building will feature 300 residences, with average unit size of 991 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have two cellar levels.

C3D Architecture has been listed as the architect of record.  The owner behind the applications is the Sioni Group.

An estimated completion date has not been announced.
