Housing Lottery Launches for 2441 Crotona Avenue in Belmont, The Bronx

Marin Architect has created a new residential building in Belmont, located at 2441 Crotona Avenue, which consists of seven stories and 51 dwellings. The building recently launched an affordable housing lottery through the NYC Housing Connect program, offering 25 of its newly constructed units to individuals earning 130% of the area median income (AMI), with eligible income between $75,395 and $215,150.

The 2441 Crotona Avenue Apartments offers a range of amenities, including 24-hour surveillance, accessible entrance and elevator, on-site laundry facilities, community center, energy-efficient appliances, parking (with additional fees), and is pet-friendly. The building also has a Walk Score of 90 and is located near various bus and subway lines, including the 4 train and BX39, BX12, BX22, BX30, and BX17 buses.

Tenants are responsible for electricity, including the electric stove, while the landlord provides heat and hot water. Additionally, the building is anticipated to receive a Tax Exemption through the 421a Tax Incentive program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

The 2441 Crotona Avenue Apartments offers a range of modern amenities, including shared laundry facilities, air conditioning, hardwood floors, and online options for leasing, paying rent, and making maintenance requests. Other features include a recreation room, security cameras, intercommunication device, covered parking, and smoke-free living.
