About Andrew:
Raised in Atlanta, Andrew studied Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and gained career experience as a consultant providing advisory support for property owners, architects, engineers, and contractors working on some of the world’s most challenging infrastructure projects.
Andrew moved to New York after falling in love with the city’s walkability, density, sustainability, and historical architecture. Andrew easily adapted to the city’s fast pace with the curiosity of an engineer’s mind and learned how the city built and now maintains its transportation, water, and sanitary system for over 8 million people.
Coming from the engineering and construction world, Andrew joins REAL with a passion for real estate and provides value to his clients by prioritizing their time and money with a data-driven attitude to find the best deals in the city. Andrew connects with his clients on a professional and interpersonal level through his ability to stay calm, knowledgeable of the market, and carry on his fiduciary responsibilities as an agent in the fast-paced New York City real estate market, which gives his clients the confidence to close deals and call their new property home.
When he’s not busy finding the perfect property for his clients, Andrew is either checking out a new coffee shop, exercising in the streets of New York City or its many parks, working on his photography, or practicing yoga and mindfulness.
