The Sullivan family, owners of Toyota of Hollywood, have proposed a mixed-use, high-rise complex for the dealership’s 3.7-acre lot. The project, located at 6000 Hollywood Blvd, would consist of a 35-story residential tower, a six-story office building, 11 townhome-style buildings, and an apartment complex.
The development at 6000 Hollywood Blvd would include 350 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, 136,000 square feet of offices, approximately 22,500 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, and a three-level, 894-car subterranean parking garage.
The project would also feature 44 affordable housing units. The development would include approximately 23,500 square feet of publicly accessible open space, including a plaza fronting Hollywood Boulevard, a pool deck, a view deck, fitness areas, and game rooms.
Pending approvals, the project is expected to break ground in 2026 and be completed by 2029.
The Toyota site is located near the Hollywood Walk of Fame and other high-rise developments.
