555 Greenwich Nears Completion in Hudson Square, Manhattan

555 Greenwich is an impressive addition to the Hudson Square neighborhood, featuring a sleek and contemporary design by COOKFOX Architects. The 16-story commercial building boasts a total of 270,000 square feet of office space. Developed by Hudson Square Properties, a joint venture between Trinity Church Wall Street, Hines, and Norges Bank Investment Management.

The building is bound by King Street to the north, Charlton Street to the south, and Greenwich Street to the west. This strategic location places it in the heart of Hudson Square, a vibrant and rapidly growing neighborhood that is home to a diverse range of businesses and amenities.

555 Greenwich connects to the adjacent 345 Hudson Street via a horizontal overbuild. Tishman Construction is the general contractor for the property, overseeing the construction.
